A: To preserve our brand's artistic integrity, we only deliver final, custom-edited digital media. RAW or unedited files are not included in our standard packages.

A: For the fastest assistance, please email or call our primary business line. We do not monitor social media 24/7, and official responses can take up to 2 business days.

A: At Newton Photography Company, we monitor local conditions closely. If weather makes a session impossible, we will make a final professional determination at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

• For Local Clients: If we must cancel due to weather, you will receive a session credit for the full amount paid, valid for exactly one (1) year from the original date.

• For Out-of-State/Travel Clients: If you live out of state or more than 2 hours away from the session location, you are entitled to a full refund or a reschedule with no additional fee.

Please Note: This policy applies to standalone sessions only. Wedding and Elopement packages (Photography, Videography, or Combined) are excluded from this weather-refund policy, as those events proceed regardless of weather conditions under our standard Wedding Force Majeure terms.

This summarizes the essential terms of our agreeing to our services. While this provides a high-level overview, the full signed contract remains the definitive legal authority.

• Financial Integrity: A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required within 48 hours of invoice to secure your date. Editing and post-production will only commence once all balances are satisfied in full.

• Booking Overtime: Extensions are billed hourly. The preferential "Extra-Hour" rate of $299 is reserved exclusively for combined photo & video bundles. Separate packages must be extended and paid for independently.

• The 10% Reschedule Rule: Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice and a fee of 10% of the session cost. If we are unavailable for your new date, the retainer is forfeited; however, extenuating circumstances may allow for a 1-year prorated credit.

• Delivery & Archival: Galleries are delivered within 60 days of the event and are hosted for exactly one (1) year. After one year, a $49.00 fee applies for gallery reopening or retrieval.

• Equipment Bailment: If we lend you gear, you are responsible for its return in original condition. Loss or damage requires payment of the full market value of a brand-new replacement, and all media on that device will be forfeited.

• Artistic Rights & Usage: You receive copyright-free media with a full print and share release. You may alter images for personal use, but if they are modified, you may not tag or attribute the work to Newton Photography Company.

• Official Communication: To ensure a response within 2 business days, please use our business email or primary phone number. Social media DMs are not monitored for official business or emergency needs.
